Great customer service at this location. Ethel helped me while I was visiting and went beyond my expectations. There was a particular fragrance for men that I was interested in but they didn't have a tester readily available. Instead of just saying, "No, we don't have one", she said, "Let me check if we still have a sample left in stock because I think we had some at the front desk". Extremely helpful and when it came time to pay, the gentleman associate that rang us in was also friendly and courteous. Banana Republic, you are indeed lucky to have these people representing you. The store was well lit and had great prices. Clean and well laid out. Selection of clothing is slightly less than other locations I've been to around the states but is fairly adequate for the region.

Lacked customer service. Received a hello at entrance. That was extent of service. I made a return. NO request to see if they could help find another size or find something else. Tried on jackets, hats and made effort to have staff of about 7 individuals at least interact with their merchandise. Shops of Wailea Banana Republic is FAR more SUPERIOR. Take drive to South Side and shop with the staff that knows their product and interest in You.

I love this store. Always a good deal and often better than you can expect on the mainland. It’s worth the visit and great to save money.

Diane is awesome. Had two hours to find something to wear for a wedding and she went above and beyond. Couldn't have been anymore lucky
