Staff was super helpful and friendly to tourists! Gave us some advice on places to go and made sure we got the best deals on our purchases in the store. Whoever is managing and staffing this store is doing a great job.

This is a great store. The single staff member working was super helpful and able to handle a store full of customers. Great looking designs and prices are great when you do the essential deal.

Spectacular customer service. We we're helped by Daniel and were blown away by his willingness to talk and be helpful. They aren't like sale people that stalk you, or pitch the high priced items, they are just great people. Interested in you and helping however they can.

Absolutely blown away with the customer service and general professionalism of the staff of this store. Love the Volcom product but the icing on the cake is to be treated like family here! Travis took care of me when I purchased a Hawaii exclusive t-shirt that I couldn't find anywhere but their shop and got the wrong size. I live in AZ and shipped him the t-shirt with a prepaid package for him to ship me the different size he had on hold for me.
So pleased with the incredible costumer service and as always the high quality, comfortable and great looking apparel.
Just one more reason for me to keep shopping Volcom!

Thus store had good clothes at a decent price. They had a sale that was 2 shirts, one pair of shorts and a pair of sandals for $100. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because they wouldn't let me use Samsung Pay even though it was an option.
