We had purchased 12 panels in 2015 and added 18 more panels plus one Tesla Battery. The whole process for us took about 60 days. The crew installed everything in 1.5 days we which was great. Our cell phone system app is right on target . During the past 2 weeks and heavy rains our system gave us a great feeling of secure power to our house. When the power went out in our neighborhood, the Tesla system kicked in immediately thanks to the storm watch setting. It has already proven 5 months of huge savings and got us through major weather. Ted and the staff were polite, informative and followed through on their commitments.

The only thing this company does professionally is scam people. Once you buy it’s bye bye to all communication, leaving you with a very expensive broken system. It doesn’t work. The promises of saving power are untrue. They become virtually uncontactable after you pay and install the solar system. On the off chance you do get someone out at your house, the employee turnover rate is so high it’s always a new person who is just as confused about what’s going on with this company as everyone else. The owner refuses to take any accountability but will gladly take your money. It’s been 4 months with a payed for, non-functional system - I’ll update this review if the solar gets fixed and starts working … if you’re seeing this, well…. :)

They showed up on time, fixed the problem, and charged me exactly what they said they would. I've been a Haleakala Solar customer for about ten years, and I am happy enough to have sent many of my friends and clients to them.
