Called other plumbers in the area no call backs, not only did Adoni call back but they said they were just around the corner and could see me soon, The technician was on site in less than 5 mins!!! Got an affordable estimate within 30 mins of his arrival. Very promt and professional.

This is a 5 star review that changed to a one star review 4 hours later. Kevin and Cody were on time, cordial and knowledgeable. They could not fix my drain due to an unrepairable blockage. They ran a snake down most of the drains including the washing machine. What they did not tell us was that they didn't plug the washer back in when they finished nor did they put the drain hose back in the drain pipe. My wife who is vision impaired could not get the washer to start. I plugged it back in but did not see their incompetence in not reattaching the drain. Water filled our hallway and bedrooms before we could get the washer to stop. Brand new flooring covered in 3 inches of water, carpet soaked and damaged. Oh, and I had to pay Adoni plumbing $150.00 to have a flooded hallway and bedrooms. Thoroughly disappointed
Would had been a 5 star glowing review if in finishing they would have done their job thoroughly.

Kevin and Cody did a great job and in addition replaced a line I wasn’t aware was leaking. I appreciate getting Appt. promptly and will have more work in future. I will definitely use your company again. It was expensive, but everything is. Thank you!

Horrible business ethics and very unprofessional. Fabian just left my house and told me not to call back after stating I wanted to get a second opinion on a 550 dollar quote to fix a leak that he hadn’t even seen yet. Ignored every question I asked and got defensive and told me his guys were already on the way out to fix it and that he’d never be back here again. Then hung up on me when I tried to call in and file a grievance

They are the best. My water heater was leaking bad and everyone I called was closed on Friday. Kevin came out right away clear to the rural place I live which no one wants to do by the way., and got everything fixed! Very friendly and professional service. I won't be calling anyone else from now on. Highly recommend!
