My husband and I just bought a home and literally a few hours after closing we found a leak under our slab! Faybien went above and beyond! He got us in for a appointment even though I knew they were busy. He also was able to quickly diagnose my leak and find where it was coming from. Honest and straightforward and fairly priced. Home had long overdue plumbing issue wanted to get resolved as soon as I purchased it. He used camera to see what the issue actually was. Had other plumbers over who hadn't fixed actual issue, so was so greatful to finally see what was going on. He did ask for half of money upfront day before project started, because was over $1000. Came next day on time as he said he would and finished must earlier than I anticipated. I did let him know ahead of time he would be paid other half with plumbing allowance through bank after project was completed and he was happy to work with me, where most were not. Quality service, expert advice, speedy service, as well as very friendly and explained everything very clearly. Would recommend to anyone!!!

I'm fairly new to town so I don't have a list of helpers when needed. I noticed Friday morning my garage floor had water on it and it was coming from the hot water tank area. I got the leak isolated and started looking for a plumber. After about the 3rd or 4th call Adoni answered the call. I called them because of the reviews they had. After they got here at the agreed upon time they fixed the leak and went further to plumb it correctly. Now it looks like a professional did it instead of a drunk amateur. I will use them the next time I need a plumber.

Perfect all the way. Clean up and replaced all of my old plumbing. Arrived when he said they would. Professional work, I will definitely use again.

No show. I called for leaking drain problem and was told they were busy for 2 weeks and we agreed to a time after that. After a few days beyond that time I called to inquire about status and was told that they could come out the next Friday and would call on Thursday to set up a time. No call Thursday. No show Friday. I still have never heard from them. After a few days I gave up and found another plumber who came out when promised. I don't know if their work is good or not but if someone has a problem they want fixed when promised then I suggest considering my experience.
