Fantastic service and attitude. Just had the best brake job and oil change ever. Arrived for my 7:30 appointment, they were immediately ready with the brake parts for my Infiniti sitting next to the lift. 45 minutes later I was driving home. The brakes worked better than when I purchased the car new (always made a noise before), smooth and silent. I am so impressed with this repair shop. Excellent mechanics, Shane and others worked on my car and really inspire confidence. HONEST. Very fair pricing. Great attitude. Great location, easy parking. I don't often write reviews, but this experience is so much better than your typical visit to a garage or dealer that I had to comment. Highly recommended.

Trust worthy and great pricing. The shop is different now. They had a very rude mechanic working there a few months back(Nash). But no more of him. He was rude, and a Crook. I REALLY recommend Bobs car care. Cisco is a great mechanic. Very honest with great attitude also knowledgeable. I took my car in and he fixed it Right away with such a great price. Totally recommend Bobs car care. Already told all my friends and family. Mahalo

These people are so honest! They told me there was nothing wrong with my car, which later I found out there was nothing wrong with it, and they didn't charge me anything. But, I bought them a case of beer for after work, to say thanks.
I have to change my review. Evidently this place changed hands and the new owner wanted to replace my timing belt for I think $1200 come to find out the car didn't even have a timing belt. I don't trust these new owners, and their office down by Napa I saw them pour oil down the drain that goes to the ocean.

Bob's Car Care is now actually Juan's Car Care but the service remains impeccable - highly recommend! Juan & his team went the extra mile for me. Although the cost was a little higher than the original estimate, everything was explained to me and it made sense. Was very happy with their work and would highly recommend.

I am SO HAPPY with this shop and will never go anywhere else on island, again! Brendan and Cisco are great, trustworthy mechanics- as I’m sure the rest of the crew is, as well. They both fixed a battery corrosion problem for me, a few weeks ago, in record timing (twelve minutes)! Cisco fixed my radiator and did a trans flush & leak repair, today, which saved my truck. He took care of it right away and even stayed super late finishing up, so that I’d get my truck back ASAP. I’m so impressed with the work and honestly grateful to have such down to earth mechanics that I can trust not to rip me off. Seriously can’t speak highly enough of this shop and the work that Cisco did for me- and I am entirely thankful that he got my truck back to me so quickly. These guys are the best and I’m sending everyone their way. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
