Went to have a flat tire fixed on a new car (15,000 miles). The tech snapped a lug nut re-installing the tire. The lugnut was installed improperly and when he torqued it, it snapped off. I watched the re-installation as I stood right next to the tech while he did the work.The store handed me the broken nut. They did not offer to fix it, they charged me full price for the flat repair and sent me on my way. Unless the shop warns you that the lug nuts are frozen, rusty, etc., if they break it, it's their fault. The nut came off cleanly when they removed the tire for repair. The improper re-installation was completely their fault. They also did an inspection before and after the tire repair and noted no issues with the car. USE THIS SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK! I'll be contacting Goodyear Corporate management for follow-up.

I got my tires from Amazon. Amazon delivered them here. Amazon set my appointment to have the 4 tires put on. The lady. I think Trish. She was very friendly and helpful.She worked by herself. She did amazing job. The tires did take a little longer than I thought to be put on. But the whole experience was great. Great service

Absolute worst experience I’ve ever encountered with tire shop. Called to see if they could get us in quick and they said we could have a 10:00 am appointment. We accepted. At 10:40, we were still waiting, so I asked for an update. They said very rudely and without looking up at us “we request two hour timeframes for appointments”. That was never said before and would have been nice to know. The rest of our customer experience with this location went about the same, met with the same rudeness from all of the counter staff. Would not recommend.

Janelle’s customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I initially went in with a free maintenance inspection scheduled to see if my tires were due for a change, and she came out to measure the tread for me quickly and efficiently. She then gave me quote estimates for each budget range/ brand. She then proceeded to let me know she will still have the guys bring it up to take a look at everything else since it was on the schedule. I found out BOTH brake lights were OUT and my air/cabin filter were dirty, which I then got it repaired right away with no issue.
Would highly recommend to anyone, and will definitely be back!
