If I could give a negative star review I would. Unprofessional with a web site that apparently hasn’t been working for appointments for “awhile” but still sends confirmations when you do online bookings. We booked, got an email confirmation sent by them, we showed up 5-10 minutes prior to our appointment only for whoever was in the office (about 6 people) to tell my husband he doesn’t have an appointment and that it takes time for them to see the appointment and send a confirmation email.called. Already upset that he left work early for this appointment he goes to show them his email confirmation where the employee doesn’t even pay attention to him but proceeds to say they can not do the service. No sorry, no oh shucks I will let a manager know about the online error NOTHING. Just attitude when he said make the appointment now so we don’t have this problem AGAIN. Mind you this is the 2nd time the staff has done something dumb like this. The FIRST time at a different location it took them 8 hours to let us know they couldn’t do a service. 8 hours!!!!! Unprofessional and zero professional costumer service. If you had a bad day too bad your paid to be there and work. Not close up shop before 530pm when ONLINE it says 7pm.

True- they fit me in unscheduled to do a tire rotation……but once finished they never called my name to let me know they were done. I went outside and saw the car parked in a different location and that was the only clue it may be done. I’m sitting in the office the entire 90 minutes. Pretty poor attitude for a service company.
FWIW I know what it takes to rotate tires -I mount, dismount and swap hundreds of sets a year - this just isn’t near my home base.

I've been to this auto service for tires, oil changes and brakes. Each time I have been there, I've come away feeling good. The service and work quality is exceptional.
Trish and everyone I've spoken to there have always put the customer first.

Trish & her crew at Goodyear are amazing! Great customer service & Trish always tries her best to get us the earliest appointment. She even squeezed us in when we had an emergency with our daughter's car! They also were able to repair an issue with our daughter's car that no other repair shop was able to figure out! Thanks Rick!!! Highly recommend Goodyear!!! Thank you Trish & her amazing crew!!!
