Our family of 5 from Wisconsin went to Maui at the end of June. We had an amazing time learning to surf with Junior at Goofy Foot Surf School! The views and the water were incredible! We've never surfed before and all of us were able to get up and ride some waves. We spent time on the boards on the beach, learning the steps and then hit the water. Our daughters (24, 21, 18) had a blast and seemed like naturals thanks to Junior's direction on when to start paddling. My husband and I had a great time too! I wasn't sure how hard it would be for us but we did just fine! Whenever I was getting tired, Junior would tow me out to further, which was terrific! We got a lot of great photos from a local photographer and would highly recommend Goofy Foot to anyone!

My boys had a great time with Junior today! The beach was perfect for beginners to intermediate and they were standing up on the boards within around 15 minutes. Two hours was tiring, but they took short breaks in the water and then got right back to it. There were only 4 people surfing in their group so they got tons of individual attention for the whole session. Definitely a highlight of our trip to Maui and I would highly recommend!

We had such an awesome experience with Goofy Foot Surf School. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The instructors were incredible—super friendly, patient, and really good at breaking things down so everyone could get up on the board and have fun.
They made the whole experience feel safe and relaxed, but also exciting at the same time. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it made a huge difference.
This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip, and it’s something we’ll 100% be doing again next time we’re back in Maui. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about trying surfing! 🌊

Surf lessons were AMAZING!! We are basically professionals. JK but Javi made us feel like it. I highly recommend Goofy Foot to anybody looking for surf lessons in the area. 10/10 and we are actually going back for more before we leave the island.

Such a great experience for our family of 5 ( mom, dad, 14, 12 and 10 year old)! The best memory of our trip and everyday afterwards, all the kids wanted to do was surf! Thank you goofy foot for great communication, a great surfing spot and exceptional instructor - Cody rocks!
