Not happy. My solar hot water was not working. They came to my house fixed some things, charged me $700.00 and I still don't have hot water. They said I have a cold and hot water line crossed and to call a plumber. Every plumber I have called said its impossible. I am stuck and out $700 and they are not interested in helping me at all. They do not call back. I have had to call them 2 to 3 times finishing with a stern message to get them to call back. When I called them with the plumbers response they said they would call me back and have not and that was 2 weeks ago. ??????
