My mouth waters thinking about this place! We stayed on an airBnB farm next to the Hana Grindz stand and woke up early looking for breakfast. We didn't have phone service so we kind of just drove around looking for someplace we could eat. Everything in Hana closes early or takes its time to open in the morning, small town, and so we did have to wait a bit before Hana Grindz actually opened up but we were okay with that. We just parked out car and enjoyed the Hana scenery. Now, the food. I can't even begin to describe how delicious my fish tacos were! I tried hard to eat them slowly because I wanted to just stuff them down my throat because they were so good. So flavorful. The staff was also really cool and provided excellent customer service. We had an amazing view of the green, beautiful Hana and it was a beautiful morning. I loved this moment and this place so much! Highly recommend.

Ate at Hana Grinds for the first time today and we are impressed! This food was amazing and we will he going back often. I had the shrimp sandwich and my husband had the lamb gyro. Both were the best we have had. The side salad and quinoa tobuli were a great addition to our salads. Ryan is the best and even showed us some of the edible plants he had growing near by. Very knowledgeable guy on what grows in Maui.

Stopped here on the road to Hana and it was one of the best choices I made while in Maui. I ordered their fish tacos and it was the best I’ve ever had! All the ingredients were very fresh! The people were very nice and friendly as well. Definitely make a stop here!!!!

Seriously the best fish tacos I’ve ever eaten!! The salads too are always AMAZZZZING. Their homemade hot sauces are total perfection.
I really appreciate their selection of handcrafted drinks. My favorite is their hibiscus tea! You can tell these guys put a lot of love and care into each dish, everything is fresh and handmade. They use unique local ingredients like black radish and pink daikon. It makes the dishes look as awesome as they taste!
To top it all off, the seating are sits on the edge of a quiet and serene turmeric farm. Listening to the birds singing and the trees swaying while having an ocean view, just adds a zen feel to the whole experience.

So good! Stopped there today on a tour with Sandy Cheaks Tours led by Kyle.
Gyros, shrimp sandwich, and fish tacos were incredible! Well done! Check this place out on the road to Hana! Food was great for our 17 yo, 12 yo, and 5 yo!
