Lowe was absolutely wonderful. She was so good with my elderly father and also with my hubby who kept falling off the kayak! 🤣 None of us were experienced kayakers or snorkelers but she made it easy and was very comforting and reassuring. She also took so many great pics so we will always have great memories of our trip. Highly recommend!!

I recently went on a turtle dive in Maui with Hawaiian Paddle Tours LLC, and it was absolutely unforgettable. My guide, Lau, gave me a true one‑on‑one experience, combining a peaceful kayak trip with a fascinating narrative about the islands, the lava formations, and the diverse marine life we encountered. The underwater views were breathtaking — not just the graceful sea turtles, but also vibrant schools of fish and other species that brought the reef to life. Lau’s knowledge and passion made the entire tour feel personal, educational, and deeply memorable. Lowe was such a wonderful guide that knew the area really well. She took her time showing me how to snorkel for my first time while I was feeling a bit anxious. The pictures she took of the animals were beautiful however the ones with us in the background aren’t anything to write home about. Overall I wasn’t there for the pictures but the experience and she made it everything I could’ve asked for. I’d love to come back and have her show me all the good spots to see whales in the future

Hawaiian Paddle Sports was recommended by a friend and they were amazing. Our guide Heather was a joy and provided clear instructions and great local information. She was super helpful and supportive - it has been a long time since I have kayaked and I felt very comfortable. She was thorough in her instructions. It is clear that she loves the ocean and shares this with her group. (A bit thanks for using reusable water bottles!). Heather took and shared photos of our experience so we could simply be in the moment. A perfect morning kayaking and snorkeling.

We went on the “Snorkel & Kayak South Maui Turtle Town” tour, guided by Lowe. Lowe is friendly, capable, and knowledgeable. You definitely will see sea turtles; the “turtle cleaning station” or “Turtle Town” is where some resident turtles always hang out. Lowe took a lot of photos, of the wildlife AND the groups by family - which we really appreciate. She also helped me climb into my single kayak from the water (tip: wear flippers that the tour provides for free).
