Having an honest mechanic is such a blessing!!! Kihei Automotive, John and Jake eat al, have worked on our car over the years keeping our 10 year + Highlander in very good shape. Today they fixed the AC, wow!! I had to turn the fan down today, it works like new!!! We have referred everyone we know that has car issues to them, and everyone has thanked us, not a single person ever complained. We are grateful to God for them.

I have been using Kihei Automotive several years and they are great, probably best overall I have worked with, I have not had any issues with their services and completed work. The owner John is always friendly and helpful and I highly recommend their services.

I brought my daughter's Jeep Wrangler to Kihei Automotive because her brakes failed. She needed her car repaired professionally and quickly because it was her transportation to work but the earliest appointment they could give her was a little over a week out. John was amazing and very accommodating. He told me that I could have the car towed to his shop that day and he would do his best to try to get the Jeep repaired quickly so she would have her vehicle back. He diagnosed the brake system shortly after the tow truck dropped the Jeep off at his shop. He called me the same day to explain the scope of the work and gave me what I felt was a fair price. I told him to go ahead with the repairs. Not only did his mechanic do a professional job, he was able to complete it right away! My daughter had her repaired vehicle back in 2 days instead of in 9 days. John and his team are knowledgeable, fair, compassionate and professional. When I picked up the Jeep, he instructed me on how to operate the Jeep during the "break in" period. Mahalo, John , for a job well done and for helping me keep my daughter safe on the road. I highly recommend Kihei Automotive and have already made an appointment for a brake inspection on my vehicle. I will refer to friends.
