This a hard review, the place is cute and the food is fresh and really good with huge portions. I did however find a thin metal wire in my mouth from my spaghetti, I first thought it was a rosemary stem or somethingbut when I took it out it was definitely metal ....they said it was from the brush they clean the grill with...they offered half off my plate as a sorry. I didn't care to make a stink or anything but the more I thought about it ..thats pretty dangerous and their reaction was pretty non chalant lol .....
Otherwise the food was really good and portions are huge

We stopped at Kula Bistro for breakfast after watching the sunrise at Haleakalā while on our honeymoon, and it was the best decision! We ordered the corned beef hash eggs benedict and the steak and eggs—hands down the best breakfast we had on the island. Everything was cooked perfectly and so flavorful. The service was wonderful too, super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Maui!

I was visiting friends in Maui from Chicago and this is one of their favorite restaurants. It is now my favorite too!
The location is beautiful, food menu and options are amazing. Portion sizes are very generous. Service is fast. Bakery is absolutely yummy. Staff is attentive, warm, and welcoming. Our server Janice clearly enjoyed her job and people. She made us feel like family.

This place was fantastic. The service was personal and world class. All of the workers there clearly had personal interest in making sure our experience was fantastic and that we loved the food. They even took extra special care to ask what we were doing next what we have already done our vacation and gave us a list of things that we should check out that were local before we left the island. We will absolutely go out of our way to come back to this place again.
