We just ate here and it was soooo good! We got a veggie hand roll, the sweet potato roll, cucumber salad and an avocado roll. The guy that took our order was super super nice. our food came out pretty quick for it to be as busy as it was and Everything was so good!
Life Hack: put some Wasabi on top of the avocado roll, put a cucumber from the cucumber salad on top of that and eat that whole bite, it's so tasty. I feel like we found a little hidden gem. It is inside the cannery mall, but plenty of seating and other food options as well. We'll definitely be back here

We got this at the mall (Cannery Mall) for a snack and came back for dinner! Very fresh, super reasonable prices and great customer service! Highly recommend the Manhattan Roll.

Extremely disappointed. A lot of rice and very little fish. Rice is overcooked and rolls are falling apart. Overpriced place, get your sushi somewhere else

You can trust the sushi at Sushi Ko, it’s high-grade & extremely fresh. Sit at the sushi bar and watch your food being prepared, or at a table in the zen-Lahaina open-air plaza. All surfaces were very clean. Enjoyed a small bottle of Crane Sake, pot stickers and edamame for appetizers, best sushi we’ve ever had arrived at table and we felt blessed by this delicious transformative meal. Great service by Kookie. We left happily walking on clouds.

What an amazing restaurant! From the service to the taste of their food, it was topnotch. Ambiance was great and the service was impeccable. I’ve tried several of the food menu items. Price point is on the higher side but given that it’s Hawaii and the quality and experience, it was worth it.
