Long time haven't had sushi living on Maui but this place surely filled my appetite. The bento box had great portions and the sushi was tasty. Also had a nice, fun, elegant setting to enjoy it in. Recommended

You can trust the sushi at Sushi Ko, it’s high-grade & extremely fresh. Sit at the sushi bar and watch your food being prepared, or at a table in the zen-Lahaina open-air plaza. All surfaces were very clean. Enjoyed a small bottle of Crane Sake, pot stickers and edamame for appetizers, best sushi we’ve ever had arrived at table and we felt blessed by this delicious transformative meal. Great service by Kookie. We left happily walking on clouds.

What an amazing restaurant! From the service to the taste of their food, it was topnotch. Ambiance was great and the service was impeccable. I’ve tried several of the food menu items. Price point is on the higher side but given that it’s Hawaii and the quality and experience, it was worth it.

1. Overcooked rice
2. Sushi was falling apart when I tried to hold it.
3. Volcano roll was $24 - totally overpriced
4. Service is super late. At least server should have asked us if we liked the food
Definitely the worst sushi I’ve ever tasted

This place feels like one of those "off the path" places that is a gem to find. It's tucked in a building complex just off of the main strip in Lahaina. The sushi is of great quality and the dishes are constructed with perfection. Pair this with some wine on their menu and you'll have a delicious, complete sushi meal.
Be prepared to wait when this place is busy because there are only a few tables and 2 spots at the sushi bar.
