I had an amazing experience at Master Auto Center! I came in without an appointment needing new tires to be mounted on, and they took care of me right away. Tommy, the owner, is incredibly friendly, smart, and most importantly—honest. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in doing the job right. I think his wife runs the front and she’s super sweet and friendly too. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this efficient and trustworthy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and peace of mind!

Don’t ever go to master auto , terrible service , terrible experience went there to have them repair my ac charged me 1800 dollars , told me my truck was ready for pick up than get there and say truck isn’t ready ,a day later I go down to pick up my truck after ac was supposedly “fixed” but it was still broken , still blowing soft warm air , after talks with Tommy he convinced me he’d fix it the second time around . I was wrong , after another 700 dollars truck was completely the same nothing fixed yet kept taking my money . Days later my trucks ac stopped blowing air on all settings but high .called Tommy out on him not fixing anything on my ac and that the ac is in a worse state then before I dropped my truck off to him . He than gets defensive and gives an analogy saying that’s like saying he changed my tires and now my engine blew up and I’m blaming him for it and vehicles do what they want to do ….but clearly that’s not the case because he worked on my ac and my ac is more broken than ever !! The guy Tommy is a complete rip off , kept telling me to bring truck in just to get more money out of me, telling me he’s fixing everything but the actual problem. Save yourself the money and the headaches and go somewhere different . Can’t stress enough not to go to master auto

Once again my mechanics at MasterCare did a great job with tire repairs within a half hour. Upon posting this I saw an older post that never went through, where I had my Lexus in for repairs but when done I had to work and couldn't pick it up so they kept my car for a couple of days. I will always go to MasterCare Auto!

Great service! Tire popped on the way to town from Hana and they took me in right away and got me up and running in 45 minutes.

Had a great experience with this facility. Our brakes were overheating and we needed to get our vehicle into a shop quickly, we lucked out and were able to get in the next day and worked with Tommy.
Our vehicle is a beater 2001 Town and Country. It’s a beach car and we are trying to do minimal work on it. Tommy went through all the areas that needed work, and while it was expensive to us, it was reasonably priced based on the extensive work. I asked to see underneath and he showed me all the issues. I asked him about getting the car to drive again and piece meal it because the car isn’t worth much.
Tommy offered advice on the most important things to fix and we worked through getting the frozen calipers replaced, along with a control arm. The rotors needed work along with the pads and he recommended them but was super cool about doing the work we wanted to fix the sticking brakes.
Within a day, the car was ready to go. Tommy was super great at explaining everything, listening to our concerns and what we needed, and was a cool funny guy to talk to. We will absolutely use him in the future and more than likely this vehicle will need more work. But he saved our vacation, saved us from buying a new car, and extended the life of our beach car.
