Unbelievable Integrity, Expert Communication, and They Waived a $600 Diagnostic Fee!
From the moment I contacted SR Automotive, the staff were very polite and incredibly helpful. I brought my vehicle in for a complex Anti-Lock Brake (ABS) Modulator repair.
The service was exceptional. The mechanic who worked on my car was particularly outstanding, taking the time to describe the problem to me in detail to ensure I fully understood the critical issue.
After spending a good part of the day diagnosing the car, the team showed true integrity. They informed me that my car's specific make requires dealership-level programming to ensure the new modulator would function safely. Instead of proceeding with an incomplete job, they chose to stop the repair and directed me to the dealership, prioritizing my safety over their profit.
The most incredible act of integrity was regarding the bill. After the all-day diagnosis—a service that normally carries a fee of around $600—they waived the entire charge because they couldn't complete the full, correct repair!

I had an amazing experience at Master Auto Center! I came in without an appointment needing new tires to be mounted on, and they took care of me right away. Tommy, the owner, is incredibly friendly, smart, and most importantly—honest. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in doing the job right. I think his wife runs the front and she’s super sweet and friendly too. It’s rare to find a shop that’s this efficient and trustworthy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and peace of mind!

Terrible place if you wanna get ripped off, brought my car in for a self diagnosis and they told me that the repair for my wheel alignment is $5,000. Already I knew it was a scam, they charged me $208 for a self diagnosing so I took it to R&R and they did it for free. R&R is way better they charged me $167 for my wheel alignment instead of $5,000 LOL!!

Once again my mechanics at MasterCare did a great job with tire repairs within a half hour. Upon posting this I saw an older post that never went through, where I had my Lexus in for repairs but when done I had to work and couldn't pick it up so they kept my car for a couple of days. I will always go to MasterCare Auto!

By FAR the most honest, kind, and hard working team of people to take your car to on Maui. They are exceptional with their efforts, they go above and beyond. Their work is always extremely timely and of high quality. They are friendly and fair. I will never go anywhere else after finding this diamond in the rough!
