    Great service. If I ever need anything, they are there to help. I received better pricing than competitors. After the Lahaina fire, they were proactive and came to my town to check if our cars survived. They know how to take care of their customers.

    Fantastic agent. Tony is always willing to answer my questions and show me ways to save money. He's quick to respond to email. He was quick to pay the tow bill.

    Service and people are nice and efficient, BUT, I got in an accident (not my fault) and there are zero body shops on Maui that are willing to work with Allstate Insurance to get my car fixed. Reports from the body shops report that there difficult to work with, don't want to pay etc. So this makes it very difficult to have Allstate Insurance here. Luckily, the accident was not my fault so I was able to use the other party's insurance, which was accepted.

    Overall Allstate has been so helpful and understanding. Tony at the Kihei off is very prompt and helpful. Also, the staff at the kihei office is willing to help at a moments notice. As far as the main office, all it took was one phone call to report our loss in the Maui wildfire and they responded. My parents and I are very pleased with your team. Thomas Bork, Jennifer Thomas, Wendy Graham, Roxanne Covell. Each and every one did follow up calls to make sure we were ok. I can’t thank you enough for such great service. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

    During this entire process from arranging a tow, reimbursement for charges under my claim and discrepancy with charges, I haven’t received any support from the Maui office upon reaching out to them and lack of communication from my assigned adjuster. The only responsive means I received was through the app on “chat”. I suppose this is the intent of utilizing technology to streamline and make things easier for clients but it’s just not conducive to what this company portrays when your standing by for a tow because the auto body hadn’t confirmed repairs nor were they aware the car was being delivered and your trying to reach someone from Allstate so you can get the car towed back home. Overall it’s been a challenging process, nothing that I have experienced before and I’m still waiting on a response for the discrepancy with the tow charge. Maybe keeping clients abreast of payments, perks and policies is what this company is know for, however when help is needed on claims, it’s been a trying experience.
