Our kids loved the lessons. Big Al was awesome. Highly recommend if have never been surfing.

Exceptional people and amazing experience. We had Noa as our instructor for an 8 year old surf lesson. This is the stuff dreams are made of - the instruction was phenomenal and the experience was a ton of fun. Our 8 year old will be surfing for life. Everyone at MWR is amazing from start to finish. Look forward to future lessons!

My Son and I enjoyed our surf lessons with Al, he was great! He gave us an introduction to the basics on dry land and then we hit the waves. My son got to his feet on the first wave! A Big Mahalo to Al and Maui Wave Riders!🤙

Thank you to everyone at the Maui Waveriders Surf School in Kihei, Maui for an awesome time on the water. We were able to surf with them a couple of days during our vacation. Andrew is a great guy and a great surf instructor. Highly recommend taking the lessons.

Mom and Son Surfing
Mac was our instructor at Maui Wave Riders. Patient and easy going, Mac’s chill belies his ability to really help newbies like us get that elation and sensation that comes from catching wave after wave. It was a semi private lesson for us two. The best time. We’ve had lessons before but this was the first time my 10-yo declared we must go back again and again. There are photos captured if you want a souvenir. And if you get up on a board they give you a hat. 🧢 (blue, teal, pink, black). 🏄🏽♂️
