Great experience with Pacific Energy! Brian, our solar rep, was awesome—very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and always took the time to answer our questions. Mae Anne in the office was also great and super helpful with scheduling and paperwork.
The installers and electrician did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and respectful of our home, and the install was clean and smooth from start to finish.
Overall, everything went really well and we’re very happy with the service. Highly recommend Pacific Energy solar company if you’re considering going solar!

This review is overdue, but we've now had our system installed for about 10 months, and we could not be happier. Everyone from Brian to the office staff to the installers were prompt, polite and professional. The installation was fast and it everything looks clean.
The system works exactly as advertised, and it recently saved us during a major storm. While everyone around us had their power out for 2-3 days, our service was totally uninterrupted. The only way we knew the power even went out was a notification from our Tesla app - totally seamless. So much better than messing with a noisy, smelly generator and having to fill it with gas.
A bit of advice - err on the side of a bigger system if you can afford it. You won't regret the peace of mind that comes with knowing you've got enough power to keep living as usual.

I can not say enough good things about this company from our sales rep who went the EXTRA mile to ensure financing to the installation guys and the mascot puppy to the tech specialist who helped us understand the app and set up connections.

Daryl and his team are awesome. Beside not having an electric bill anymore, the peace of mind during the last two Hurricanes knowing that our Tesla Power Walls will keep us powered no matter what, was priceless. Thank you PE for recommending and installing them.

We are very happy with our new solar system and are glad we decided to go with Pacific Energy. From start to finish, they have been exceptional in their service, making sure the whole process has gone very smoothly. We've had the system up and going for a few months now and are enjoying the benefits, and we are especially glad to have a back-up battery in case of a power outage. Every member of the team has been professional, available to answer questions, and wiling to provide assistance with each step of the installation and approval process. Sean has been a pleasure to work with and allowed us to take the time we needed to make the decision to go solar. Jana and May Anne have been equally stellar in their service. This has been a fantastic company to work with on all levels, and we highly recommend them as an ideal choice if you are looking to add solar to your home.
