Communication is excellent and they were able to complete the work in 2 days and earlier than the estimated date based on availability. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering solar panels!

We are very happy with our new solar system and are glad we decided to go with Pacific Energy. From start to finish, they have been exceptional in their service, making sure the whole process has gone very smoothly. We've had the system up and going for a few months now and are enjoying the benefits, and we are especially glad to have a back-up battery in case of a power outage. Every member of the team has been professional, available to answer questions, and wiling to provide assistance with each step of the installation and approval process. Sean has been a pleasure to work with and allowed us to take the time we needed to make the decision to go solar. Jana and May Anne have been equally stellar in their service. This has been a fantastic company to work with on all levels, and we highly recommend them as an ideal choice if you are looking to add solar to your home.

From initial contact with their sales Rep, Sean through final inspection with the county everything went better than expected. Top rate equipment, experience, install and service for us.
I had looked at other, big brand national companies, but had a less than ideal initial experience. Happy that i oped to go local with Pacific Energy/Maui Solar.

Great solar system dealer/installer! Had them install a solar panel system with a Tesla Powerwall 2 battery system. Once we signed the contract they were started on the install within a week, finished the panel and battery install, including wiring, in one day. 2 days later their electrician finished the hook up and we were generating power. Received an email from Tesla the same day with information on how to download and use the system app. All the technicians were courteous, neat, and efficient!

I can not say enough good things about this company from our sales rep who went the EXTRA mile to ensure financing to the installation guys and the mascot puppy to the tech specialist who helped us understand the app and set up connections.
You will be most please with the entire process. I'd give 10 stars if a could!
