Our sewer clean out was clogged 6:30 p.m. the night before Thanksgiving. Called and the company was on site within 45 minutes, problem fixed within an hour. reasonable charges. Great experience and he gave advice to prevent further issues. would use again

The service man was very nice. He ran the line down my kitchen sink that was stopped up. He didnt want to go on top of the house and run it the way he was suppose to. Said my roof was steep. The sink appeared to be unclogged and I started washing dishes.charged $80 dollars. A out an hour and a half later I went to let the dish water out and the sink was clogged. I called Roto Rooter back , took the gentleman that answered what happened. He was very nice, said he would check and see what the guy did or didn't do and made and appointment to come back the next day. The original guy came out the next day, it appeared that he was doing the exact thing he did before. He left my water running a d never turned it off before he left. Charged me $20 which I felt I shouldn't have had to pay because it stopped back up the same day of the service call. For a total of $100 he should have ran that line through everything. Wasn't there 30 minute.

The serviceman was very knowledgeable regarding the city sewer lines in the area. He remembered the clean out location from the prior home owners over 7 years ago and was able to quickly locate the clean out that was buried under a paver. Would definitely recommend for clogged drains in the Bartlesville area.
