This store has to have the most extensive wine, spirit section I’ve ever seen. Truly a wonderful experience and the staff were phenomenal. The shelves were stocked and isles were free of trash and debris. Self checkout was quick and easy process, in/out in record time with the items I went inside for which really made me happy!

Gluten-free, this Safeway has the biggest selection on gluten-free that I have found in the area. Also a good selection of other goods.

I love Hawaiian poke’.
Always heard Foodland. Maybe on Wailuku side. Napili mkt has awesome Kimchi tako poke’.
But by far Johnny,Jarod, and the crew crush it !!! Mahalo Nui Loa

The BEST fish on Maui is Mama's Fish House, the next best is the LAHINA SAFEWAY. I may be giving away a big secret and the locals will hate me BUT... The sashimi grade Tuna at Safeway is some of the best EVER. I was in Kaanapali for five nights and ate the Safeway tuna on Three nights. This tuna rivals ANYTHING I have had even in the most upscale Sushi restaurant. The color, the taste, the texture---like butter---incomparable. the current price is $36.99 Lb. Slice it thin with avacado and soy sauce----FABULOUS.

We did order pick up. It was super easy. They had everything we wanted. We drove up and within 5 minutes had our groceries. Make sure you bring your own bags!
