I immediately felt comfortable and at ease with him and your company. He gave me honest advice and all of my options. He was able to immediately schedule all of what I need done for tomorrow. My wife and I are very happy!
The 2 technicians that came today worked hard and steady. They did a beautiful job and completed everything I needed done. And their pau Hana clean-up was spotless. Beautiful, professional work. I am pleased beyond words!

The service and technicians that Steve has are real Professionals.. like Jason that came up to help give me an estimate on an issue I have.. he was on time.. friendly .. respectful ..and.. knowledgeable . I look forward on moving forward and doing business with Steve’s Plumbing.
Today I had Jason hookup my Generac Generator to my propane tanks.. he plumbed the piping and set up the regulator and fixtures perfectly . Great work and I’m happy with the end result. I highly recommend using Steve’s plumbing and his professional service team. Much mahalos !🤙

This is a bit out of the ordinary, but it certainly speaks to the service centric character inbred with Steve's Plumbing & A/C representatives. A Steve's service provider, whose name is Bruce, was fueling up at a 76 Station on the cusp of the Thanksgiving holiday as we pulled in. We had a low air tire concern and asked if he knew where the air-station was. He was kind, engaging and helpful; taking extra steps to assist with our need - just because. We believe it evident that he brings this kind of superior character to any task at hand. It is apparent that Steve's Plumbing & A/C Service has a quality team to call on.

Very courteous inspected and tidied up our mini split and compressor as indicated for free annual inspection. He diagnosed we needed full clean out, UV light and surge protector. Price point was unusually high. Awaiting another bid.had to replace master toilet, had all specs but had to do a service call first, technician Marcos Martinez was very kind, efficient. Informative. Company does overcharge for a simple replacement and removal of old one. $1800 is outrageous for a toilet. Technician was wonderful. Very professional.
