Marcos Martinez was very helpful. He went over all our options for repair. My solar heater piping was leaking somewhere causing a leak in my garage. The repairs were done quickly and in the same day. We ended up going back to electric so we didn’t need to rip apart our walls to replace the pipes. My home already has PV so that the blow reverting back shouldn’t be so bad. Marcos also installed a new pressure valve bell since our was old and missing the adjuster screw it’s a 30yr old home. I highly recommend Steve’s plumbing and if you get Marcos you’re in luck. He smiles a lot and it makes your plumbing issue not so gloomy.

Kaalai was very nice and personable! He tried to save me money and he got the job done quickly and successfully. It was nice to get a plumber out the same day! Mahalo nui loa! It was quite expensive though.
Ryan, the master technician that oversees everything, was also extremely Aloha! He called me personally before anyone was to come to my home. He was very pleasant and offered his assistance if I needed anything. 😊

STEVE’s Plumbing to the rescue again! I had a dishwasher replacement. The technician picked it up for me and installed. He was professional, cleaned everything up from the floor, vacuumed behind the counter and was on time. He called me when he was on his way. It’s nice to see customer service at its finest. Thank you so much for taking great care of my needs.

I like Steve’s Plumbing. I’ve always had great service whenever I’ve needed help with my plumbing.
Kameron Rosa was able to easily find which of my four toilets was leaking. He replaced the faulty part and I also paid to have him replace the supply line valve with a newer one.
Cost? Much less than what I was paying and would have continued to pay if I didn’t have the leak repaired.

Asked Steve's to inspect ducts and measure airflow flow and static pressure. They insisted on trying to diagnose the high humidity problem which I did not ask them to do. Technician tried to force inside blower to high speed by ramping the compressor on the outside of the house. I have a Bosch IDS 2.0 system that does not work that way. When I told him I needed to go to the thermostat and change the setpoint to be at least 4 degrees lower, he got very angry. Picked up his tools and left. This was very unprofessional. He left the outside uni electrical panel off, which is a huge safety issue, and he left 2 holes in my supply plenum, left the attic acces panel off, and my ladder in the bathroom. This seems to be par for the course in Maui, companies try to treat these Bosch units like they do other 2 stage or variable speed units. The Bosch system is different. The whole reason I called Steve' was to take some accurate measurements due the problems created by the orignal installer who didn't even read the manual, let alone have any trained techs on the Bosch IDS 2.0 systems.
