Marcos Martinez was very helpful. He went over all our options for repair. My solar heater piping was leaking somewhere causing a leak in my garage. The repairs were done quickly and in the same day. We ended up going back to electric so we didn’t need to rip apart our walls to replace the pipes. My home already has PV so that the blow reverting back shouldn’t be so bad. Marcos also installed a new pressure valve bell since our was old and missing the adjuster screw it’s a 30yr old home. I highly recommend Steve’s plumbing and if you get Marcos you’re in luck. He smiles a lot and it makes your plumbing issue not so gloomy.

Kaalai was very nice and personable! He tried to save me money and he got the job done quickly and successfully. It was nice to get a plumber out the same day! Mahalo nui loa! It was quite expensive though.
Ryan, the master technician that oversees everything, was also extremely Aloha! He called me personally before anyone was to come to my home. He was very pleasant and offered his assistance if I needed anything. 😊

STEVE’s Plumbing to the rescue again! I had a dishwasher replacement. The technician picked it up for me and installed. He was professional, cleaned everything up from the floor, vacuumed behind the counter and was on time. He called me when he was on his way. It’s nice to see customer service at its finest. Thank you so much for taking great care of my needs.

I like Steve’s Plumbing. I’ve always had great service whenever I’ve needed help with my plumbing.
Kameron Rosa was able to easily find which of my four toilets was leaking. He replaced the faulty part and I also paid to have him replace the supply line valve with a newer one.
Cost? Much less than what I was paying and would have continued to pay if I didn’t have the leak repaired.
I’m satisfied and happy with Steve’s Plumbing. Give them a call.☎️

I received service from Kaalai Miller and Kameron Rosa. Kaalai responded within the time set for my appointment. He assessed my situation and offered me options to continue. He was very pleasant and very quickly reviewed with me my choices for cost and quality. Very easy to understand. He provided the professional approach that I have come to expect from Steve’s Plumbing and why I am a member of the Ohana Program. He made a call to set up a repair that day! Almost immediately after Kaalai left, Kameron Rosa arrived. He further assessed what would be needed and got to work! He did an excellent job, putting in quite a long time to do the work to meet a very high level of quality in the repair, and then did a kind of “quality control” to be sure there were no leaks and the site was operating as it should! He also did a great job on clean -up.
I am extremely pleased with every aspect of this service - the professionalism by both of these staff members, the promptness in responding, and the time and effort that was put in to complete this work. Thank you.
